House Democrats head into the weekend with a big problem on their hands: an insurrection by the moderate Blue Dog Democratic coalition has stopped the Democratic leaders’ supplemental appropriations bill dead in its tracks. Rep. Mike Ross (D-AR) boasted to Roll Call yesterday, “We were successful in getting the supplemental pulled from the floor this week.”
